Reception, Hosting, Sales Floor/Consulting, and CashieringThe Retail Associate also assists with product organization, inventory control, communicating with guests, and being able to work all BOH workstations including:
Receiving, Packaging, Stocking, Online Ordering, Order Dispatching, and Delivering.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow all site protocols and procedures according to local and state regulations and company policiesAct as a Mission brand ambassador with a high level of authentic engagement and strong productivityProvide excellent service to all guests while customizing recommendations on available cannabis products, industry trends, and consumption methodsFulfill all product orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining workstations cleaned and organizedFollow proper cash handling of all guest transactionsAssist in all duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain successCOMPENSTION $18.00 Non-Exempt (Hourly)Paid on a bi-weekly basisPOSITION SCHEDULE Open availability required for schedulingSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Excellent customer service experience ( preferably in a fast paced or specialized retail environment )Proficient cash handling skills with POS systems experienceBasic math, organizational, and computer SkillsSelf-starter who can take instructions, follow directions, and work independently/with colleaguesStrong communicator, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, problem-solver, flexible, friendly, and self-awareCommitted to the team's successQUALIFICATIONS Retail experience, 1
