ND Landscape. Inc. has been providing Full Service Landscaping for clients in the Greater Boston and the North Shore area for 32 years. During this time we have hired, trained and promoted some very talented and dedicated green industry professionals. It is with this team we are able to deliver high quality projects and ongoing aftercare maintenance services. We are a true team and welcome and encourage input and collaboration from our field staff, management, and ownership, allowing us to always learn and grow.
We currently have a full time position available for an Account Manager. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts. Account Managers will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy a fast pace environment with a willingness to learn. Previous Industry Account Management skills are preferred but not required.
Account Managers are responsible for:
Working closely with the Field Operations Managers to ensure services are being delivered at a high quality, according to the scope with maximum efficiency
Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication
Selling Enhancement work that brings beauty and added value to our customers
Maintaining a safe working environment for our employees at all times
Consistently evaluating work and determining if further steps are needed to meet internal and external client expectations
Managing and performing snow and ice operations for a commercial client base
Weekly and monthly property assessments including documentation and recommendations
Participating and contributing to ND Landscape, Inc. initiatives
Completing all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
3 plus years industry experience preferred, Bachelors or Associates degree in Horticulture, Landscape Contracting, Plant and Soil Science, and Forestry a plus
Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a high attention to detail
Effective written and oral communication skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in a team environment
Prioritize job duties and multi task in a fast pace environment
Weekend or evening work in response to winter weather and clients needs
Ability to resolve customer concerns and offer resolutions
Must be able to perform work in all weather conditions for potential extended periods of time

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
